Damaged Sky Dish

The LNB has detached itself from my dish, and is just dangling there in a rather useless fashion. Sky tell me that they can't get anyone to fix it for about a week or so. Is this normal for them, or was I just unlucky?

could be the retaining pin was either not inserted or broke. If you can access the dish you can put it back in yourself
