Headrest speakers

Has anyone seen, or heard, of a headrest overlay containing a set of speakers (active or passive). Something that you can basically plug into a source and then lay down on a chair or recliner so when the person sits down on their chair or whatever, they have a localised audio just by their ears. TIA
