I want to open an account with Rabodirect, but when i get to proof of address page, it asks do i have an original utility bill less than 6 months old. I just wonder will an esb bill with mothers name on it do, as i live at home anyway.

The only utility bill with my name on it is from my broadband provider, but they only have online version, and i am not sure if Rabo would consider a printed one by me, as an original document..

I would imagine it would have to be in your name. If you don't have one, contact them and see if they'll accept something else.

I would suspect that the printout would be okay. Ring them up anyway. They are very helpful.

If I remember, there were options of what you had to send them. like 1 proof of address (eg bank statement or bill) and 1 proof of identity (Passport or licence).
