Problems with Nokia BH-200 -Return????

Just bought a BH-200 bluetooth headset off ebay (brand new- reputable dealer). It worked for a day and now wont switch on. Just wondering if I can bring it to anywhere in Dublin to get fixed/exchanged for free? (Not sure Nokia cente is still there on Dawson Street - its still under warranty) Any ideas?
