    does nothing for me.

it kinda makes you dizzy if you look at it for a while.

Looks a whole lot better than anything else they've ever put out.

Maybe this is a good time to ask, how exactly do they work, if they have no visible pick ups? How is the sound channelled to the electronics for it to do it's thing?

That's not bad. It'd be nice with the Line6 PRS.

Its not really a line6 though is it? Just a custom guitar with line 6 guts.

Well, you don't buy a Line6 instrument for the wonderful feel of the instrument, do you? :p

The one thing that would annoy me is that there's no where to rest your thumb...

Wouldnt buy one for the feel, wouldnt buy one full stop. A load of crap IMO, crap sound, crap feel, crap build quality. Never understood why the concept of guitar modelling took off, they sound woeful (talking about the guitars here, have no experience of the bass models).

Nice bass in any case :D

It has a piezo pickup in the bridge (as so the variax guitars AFAIK)

Depends on who's playing the guitars. I saw a band last year/year before in the Sugar Club and both guitarists were playing Line 6 guitars and they sounded sweet. Githead be the band, it's the singer from Wire and experimental composer/electronicist Scanner and two more.

    its alright innit!!!

i think the whole paying money for great gear and all that is just pointless when u consider how much of a players tone comes from technique and ability.

them guys playin the line 6's could obviously play and knew how to set up their rig thats how they sounded good.

thats not to say i don't want grat gear :p

Am I the only one who doesn't want their guitar to look like a piece of furniture?

Giblet, I'm not usually a fan of coffee table guitars but that one is nice.

I think a lot of guitars look better in solid colours.
