    Probably running another course end of Feb, beginning of March... I'll post it when we confirm dates.

    Anyone who wants to try bjj can join in anytime though....

    Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays 7.00 - 8.30pm

    Thursdays class time will be changing soon, times will be updated on http://www.defendu.ie/BJJ.htm when it's confirmed.

    Might give the BJJ a lash on Tuesdays. I'm interested in doing a ground / throw type MA. Can I just show up? Tracksuit and t-shirt ok for the first few lessons? (sorry for the off-topic).

    Great idea, tell him to come on down... Bennys the same age group so he won't be alone.
