Komplett is the most popular online pc shop in Ireland so i guess its safe to say many people have :]. I would say that depending on what you are after dell might do you a better deal.

Yep bought from them quite often and very popular among boards members, you will find. They also have a customer interaction forum located under Biz->Commerical Interaction->Komplett, which is a great idea.

Never bought a PC from them but i have bought lots and lots of components and had no problems. Judging by posts in their forum here though, their RMA process takes ages if you do have a problem.

Same with .co.uk Ive been waiting 3 weeks for a rma number on a cpu.

This is abnormal though. As i have been using them for years. And always found them great. Maybe just a busy period.

I have also bought lots of parts and a few PC's off them over the years. They are very reliable and good value.
RMA is handy enough as you can just drop your part/PC into GLS in Blanch and they will return it to Komplett for you.

As with everything else you buy shop around, I've used Komplett many times and been very happy with prices and service, though some times i've found better deals else where. Example i ordered a hard drive on komplett b4 xmas and cancelled the order 2 hours later because i found the same drive €20 cheaper on dab.ie so it pays to shop around first.

I also found my motherboard cheaper on dabs.ie then komplett.ie.

And if something goes wrong with a component you can simply generate an RMA number for yourself on dabs.ie and not waste days trying to convince komplett that your part is actually broken and warrents a return.

I find with komplett that when you ask for an RMA number the guy on the other end of the phone/screen will go round and round in circles trying to give you tech support rather then giving you an RMA number...

As if they don't want to take it back or admit that theres something wrong. I get the impression that if you don't know what your talking about (i.e you know the component inst working but don't know why) they try to blame every other thing but the component and then finally give you an RMA.

I've also shopped with pixmania.ie they picked up a faulty UPS from my house and credited my account I literally didnt have to leave the house to send it back. Having saif that they dont seem to package the deliveries very well (could be once off)

I've just made a purchase of 300 yoyo with dabs we'll see how that goes.
