    Not sure which forum to post this in.

    I've heard about companies that do this and I was wondering what it is. This is what I understand it to be: 'smaller companies who are trying to bid for larger projects that they could handle internally, usually in niche areas.'

    How accurate is this and can anyone expand on it? I thought there was an element of recruitment involved as well.

    Anyone know any companies that do it?
