    Just a quick query here.

A friend of mine is looking for info on the above. Basically, her colleagues who have been working in a public sector educational establishment have been recieving "service pay" in their weekly wage payments.

This pay is in the order of €0.63, €1.27, €1.90, and €2.54 for every 5 years of unbroken service. eg., someone with 10yrs service gets €1.27 as part of their weekly wage, 20yrs gets €2.54.

Problem is, she's never recieved this payment having completed 11 years service so far.

Can anyone point me to any relevant legislation/documentation on this matter?
