This was part of a quiz that im doing at the moment. Any answers or help much appreciated!

Jack O'Connor, as manager of Kerry to All-Ireland glory and then resigned. Who was the last football manager to do the same thing?

    Thanks a million

For certain, Pat O'Neill did it in 1995 after Dublin won it.

I don't recall anyone else doing it between O'Neill and O'Connor, pretty sure nobody has.

I think Donal O'Grady did it also when Cork hurlers won it (2004?)

Yeah, Id go along with the roosters answer.

Boylan won it in 96, only resigned fairly recently.
Paidi O'Se in 97, He was in the Kerry job for a few years after that
O'Mahony in 98, He resigned from Galway 2 years ago
    Boylan again in 99
    O'Se in 2000
O'Mahony in 2001, he was still in the galway job in 2002
Kernan in 2002, still armagh boss
Harte in 2003, still tyrone boss
    O'Connor in 2004
    Harte in 2005, still there
    O'Connor in 2006.

So yeah, has to be O'Neill and you are correct about O'Grady as well
