Need help with creating a zipped foler

    Whe i go to right click in a folder to "create zipped folder" the option is not there.

    Any idea's

    Also how I take a screen shot using the "print scrn" button

    Do you have any compression software installed?
    Check under Start - Programs for WinZip or something of that ilk


    Hit print Screen then open up Microsoft Paint (or again, a program like that) and choose Edit - Paste

    You can also use alt + print screen to only copy the current window

    I had "winrar" installed but unistalled it!

    Any ideas what to do now?

    install it again, or install winzip.

    What OS OP? XP has a zipped folder option -> Right Click -> Send To -> Compressed(Zipped) Folder. Otherwise download a zip tool as mentioned. Have a look at 7 Zip as well.

    and it totally wipes winzip when it come to compressing AutoCAD drawings - compressed files less than half the size
