    why not? ok you are going to get a lower sample rate to the rear wireless speakers but, i may be wrong here, will you actually be able to tell the difference given the actual amount of audio that generally goes to rear speakers in general??

    i'm thinking of getting a set of these as well, mainly for use with my xbox360 and the occasionally used dvd player
    Theres a review of em here and here and here. you can google for more yerself but in general they are positive.

    oh and they're €48 cheaper from pixmania

    You will... because there's actually quite a bit of info going to the rears... you just need a real system to hear it!
