Hi guys looking to include company logo in e mail signature. went to options - signature and tried that way but when i go to send mail the photo does not appear yet it does in the setting of it. Anyone know anything i could be doing wrong

Were you sending the email in HTML format or plain text? If plain text, then a logo image wouldn't be included.

You're using Outlook?

Tools > Options > Mail Format > Change to HTML.

Bear in mind that not all mail servers or clients like HTML email, though most will tolerate it. Some might have it switched off as a security measure. In these cases the client could be left with an ugly HTML mess.

Is the image linking to a file on your hard drive rather than being attached to the email, or being on a public server?
