Powerpoint Firmware Ugrade?

Hi All I have a Powerpoint DVDX DVD/DivX player and it plays most everything I throw at it, but I find that there are some Xvid files that it won't play, it'll just give patchy, jumpy audio and no video. Is there a firmware upgrade for this model or will I have to re-encode them in DivX or some other format i know it will…

Hi All

If you can find out what chipset it uses you may be able to find out some info. If you can't find any similar models online you may have to open it up to see...
