photoshop straight line problem

    i just installed a graphics tablet and now for some reason i can't draw anything in circles anymore it just goes in straight lines, its seriously head wrecking, anyone any idea?

    Do you mean that it is making curves angular?
    Look in the main brushes pallet (top right of photoshop window not the left) and check your various brush settings. Perhaps reset your brushes.

    Does the tablet behave on something simple like paint?

    yeah its actually workingfine in photoshop 5 but not cs2, how do i reset the brushes?cheers

    in the main brushes pallet on the top right click the little arrow in a circle button to open the pallet menu (it may also work by right clicking I'm not sure) and select reset brushes.

    Thats a shame, there is also an option to reset all locked settings.
