how to play mythical?

Hi all,

Can anyone please post/link the rules to Mythical?

I've seen it played in the fitz a few times but have no idea what's going on!

Google brings up nothing for either.

It is basically 10 card rummy played with 2 decks. There is a mythical card that can be used to complete your card. This is basically a card that isn't what you need but you can pretend it is. I think. I am not 100% on that part of it tbh, but since I have only ever played it a couple of times and never for money it doesn't matter.

Cardshark, Rountower or a few of the other degenerates will be able to enlighten better.

That's what reminded me.

I've nver even heard of klag!

whatever you do, do not play mythical with Roundtower, ocallagh or Marq. They cheat!!!

As for klag I still say its something men with hairy bums suffer from, but what ever you do DO NOT look up klag in the urban dictionary.

Ah, but if you knew how to use the quote function correctly it wouldn't have happened, practise before you preach and all that

As for "Mythical", google literally returns nothing about it (except some other magic orientated game). Its not often it does that.

This was the first form of poker that I was introduced to by some chinese fellas my age around when I was 12. We used to call it chinese poker but only recently found out it's nothing like the real chinese poker with backhands,forehands, etc. Played for 6 years but don't anymore ever since holdem took over.:(

it is a 10 card game the 1st player to make a hand full of sets (quads) and straigh flushs wins, so if you pick up 2 3 4 clubs a set of aces and say KQ hearts (using a Mythical J of hearts) you win the game is played on points so the points of the losers hands is counted up and payed accordingly!!

easy to pick up. bohsman or roundtower will happily teach you how to play. Myself and NickyOd learnt how to play in Vegas, but haven't played it since.
