hi, i was thinking of doing a post grad in Music and Media Technologies, and was wondering if there are any people here doing this course who could give me a brief explanation in plain english of what the course consists of, how demanding it is and how extensive my knowledge of music needs to be to apply. thanks in advance

I'm not sure if anyone here is doing the course, but it might be worth having a look here. It's the myspace page (and apparently the only website of) the Digital Arts Society in Trinity, which is made up of a lot of people who are doing the postgrad.

I'm not too familiar with Myspace but there's probably some way to contact them through the site. If not, you can try them at: digartsATcsc.tcd.ie. I'm sure someone will be nice enough to answer any questions that you might have about it.

Otherwise it might be worth contacting the Schools that run the postgrad and asking them to put you in touch with a couple of students who are currently doing it.
