Checking DPI of a PDF file?

    is there anyway to do this?

    I always thought that a pdf file is based on vectors with embedded images. Hence there is no dpi as such. The problem is with the images that have been imported and the dpi/compression of each individual image.

    I could be completely wrong though.

    yeah your right there Gordon that does seem to be the case alright but is there anyway to check the DPi of the individual images?

    Well, it may be possible if you had the PDF maker program from Adobe but I haven't used it in years so I can't be sure tbh.
