Is THIS a good deal? As the support person in Kustom PC said; there's a PCI
riser board installed in the case to rotate the expansion cards by 90
degrees, so a TV card or/and dedicated gfx card will fit fine.

This is the best option for me at moment as I have spare gfx, hdd,TV card, ram and dvdrw. I will have to buy CPU and wireless network card to complete the system.
Please tell me your opinion, would this be the HTPC system that I am looking for?:)

That will work full specifications on Asus site show it allows that is supports up to a maximum of a socket AM2 Athlon 64 X2 4600+.

It has two PCI slots so adding a graphics card would be tricky given the very limited number of cards in PCI form. But the integrated graphics will do the job fine.

    Looks pretty decent.
