I suppose simply, how do I set program windows to open to a certain size or part of my desktop and retain those settings. IE on max uses the whole desktop which is a bit of a waste, I'd like sidebars left and right for say Playlists or a media player and maybe Messenger, etc. Any linkage to pages dealing with this would be helpful as it might be easier than trying to explain.

    Thanks.

Normally its as simple as holding control and click close on the application when you have set it to the required size...
