expenses with a limited company

    i am going through a company in cork called CXC global solutions (cxcglobal.ie).
    Basically they do my tax.They already have limited companies set set up.
    i submit my expenses etc and they are tax deductable.they charge 5 percent per month to do my tax/palyslip etc.can anyone explain to me how much i am actually saving with these expenses etc that has dealt with cxc?
    also one other question does it workl out better to go out and set up your own limited comapnay through an accountant...
