    thinkin of goin to wexford paddys w/end, anyone know what the nitelife is like in wexford? also is the Quality Hotel within walkin distance of the town centre?

    I'm from wexford myself and i'd say the night life is quite good just to name a few of my favorite places!

    Dakota - off the quay..good music, late bar...good to start the night
    Chocolate/renasance - off the quay again nice bar usually a band til late...good to start the night
    The stores bar - nightclub can be a bit packed but another good spot


    The quality hotel would be a good old walk though but a taxi shouldnt cost more than a tenner i'd say!

    The talbot hotel would be right in the middle of things, also its alot nicer than the quality hotel if a bit more expensive, its worth it....once heard someone say the quality hotel is the mcdonnells of hotels so take from that what you like! :D

    Just putting it out there but another very nice hotel is Whitford house hotel...a little bit out of town but again shouldnt cost more than a tenner in a taxi....i would stay in the talbot for the location in the centre of things but my second choice would be Whitford!

    From Wexford too and although GoonersNRoses is corect that the quality hotel is a short taxi away is correct the problem is getting a taxi after a night out, id stay in town somewhere
