what's the easiest software to use for burning to dvd?
i need to burn 10 episodes of .avi files to a dvd (maybe 2 or 3?) for a friend and create a menu so that they are easily accessable from the main menu in a dvd player..

any ideas what the best way to go about this is?

iDVD is very straightforeward to use too.

And free of course! You'll get about 3 (40 minute) episodes on a standard dvd blank at the original file quality (double that for dual layer of course), but by choosing to have a somewhat reduced quality you could use progs like DVD2one or as above - Roxio Toast/Popcorn to do some compression stuff which could possibly double the 3 or 6 episodes, although those apps aren't free.

    thanks for the replys..

about toast.. can it create menus? does it support intel?

and i presume idvd can create menus?
i suppose i'll give idvd a go.. i'd imagine it would be a lot easier to use than toast..
might also check out dvd2one regarding compression.. thanks..
