NCT cert, quick question

    I'm filling out my tax form on a second hand car I just bought. It asks for the
    NCT cert number but on the nct cert, there's 2 different numbers.
    One of them starts with a B followed by a number, the other is a 12 or so digit
    number. Which is the cert number?

    neither.. just leave it blank...its not been needed for years...
