I was unlucky enough to sign up with broadtalk? Have they gone bust? I cannot get any answer to their customer support either email or voice. I topped up my account in december but nothing shows on my phone account. I cannot make calls but recieve ok.

I have a Doro ATA with 3 ethernet ports. Can I use this with another provider so I dont have to buy extra hardware?

Any idea if this is possible?

Forget about them - I had similar experiences and just had to cut my losses.
Freespeech or Blueface are excellent alternatives. Your hardware should work with either. I don't know if Freespeech do Galway geo numbers, Blueface definitely do. Both will assign a 076 number at least

I agree. I had to cut my losses with them too, although I did get my unspent money back, I was ripped off on call charges.

There website clearly states that calls are charged per second after the first minute. My calls were always rolled up to the next minute.

I was also 2 months waiting for a Geo number. Couldn't contact them. Had to get ComReg involved, then they eventually refunded me.

    Very unprofessional company.

Yeah I never got my Galway number, used the dublin number. Any idea how I set my Doro ATA up with freespeech, Ive just set up an account? I can find my ATA in my network, but it seems to be password protected?
