Recruitment agencies for non-profit organizations?

    [Disclaimer: newbie here. Please be forgiving. =)] I searched to see if this has been discussed here before but couldn't find any previous threads, so here goes:

    I am interested to move from the private sector to a non-profit organization. I am currently at junior-level management in a high-tech company.

    I am planning a move into the non-profit sector, with my ideal job being a managerial position in a hands-on field like logistics in a humanitarian aid agency. My skillset would be suited to this kind of work but I do not have formal education in it. Making the move and a subsequent career of it is my 1/5-year goal.

    I find it really difficult to make this move (successfully, i.e. in the smoothest, smartest possible way) on my own, and would like to get help, for instance from a recruitment company that specializes in charities or non-for-profits.

    My question therefore is:

    - Does anyone know of a recruitment agency / recruiter / headhunter in Dublin (or IE) that specializes in the charities/non-profit field?
    - Are there headhunters who hunt for these kinds of positions?
    - Has anyone made such a move before? If yes, do you have any helpful tipps and tricks?
