    Relevant stacks : villain 1100, I cover

Lag limps, I make it 55 with Black aces, button calls, villain overcalls in sb, limper calls

    QsJc4c

Lag checks, I go 155 into 230 or whatever, button folds, SB goes 450, limper folds

    I shove or fold?

No stats or reads on this guy

hand 1 is a fold, his call preflop is scary

having said that,if i had any information on him, like 30 hands on my HUD or whatever, thats what i'd base my decision on,but without reads its a fold

hand 2 is a clear call,he's only betting half the pot,and a its a small pot,on the river,if he has a seven so be it,he's making it cheap for you to find out

What do you think guy in #1 has? 44 is the only realistic set, no?

JJ is well possible in hand 1 too imo.

    Hand 1: fold
    Hand 2: call

    2 is an easy call.

    1 is a fold I think.

2 is a very easy call. Your hand is very underrepped. Hand 1 is closer but I think a fold is fine.

As said hand 1 easy call.

Can the guys who think hand 1 is a fold explain why please ? As Valor said i think 44 is the only realistic set.

If he has JJ i pay the man.

Just interested as to what the thinking is behind folding ? I understand it is very close but i would have thought because it is very close folding was the worse option ?

    Thanks

Do you mean easy shove? Calling in Hand #1 is pretty bad

The SB checks, I missed it out because I had to write it out.

Anyway I think both spots are close but in hindsight I lean towards folding both

    #1 I shove into JJ
    #2 88
