NTSC question

    I have turned my dvd player region free by the remote control code and i am planning on buying american dvds from cdwow but does my tv need to be NTSC compatible?Thanks

    not neccessarily. if your dvd can output an ntsc signal through PAL (quazzi ntsc) then your tv will be fine. if your dvd player doesnt do that, then yes, your tv will need to be ntsc compatable.
