I cancelled my free trial in well enough time yet they still charged my credit card and a number of other users on the Bargain Alerts board. They then completely ignore your emails/calls asking to have the money refunded. Gonna have to try and go through my bank to get the money refunded to my credit card. Thinking about…

I cancelled my free trial in well enough time yet they still charged my credit card and a number of other users on the Bargain Alerts board. They then completely ignore your emails/calls asking to have the money refunded. Gonna have to try and go through my bank to get the money refunded to my credit card. Thinking about writing to newspapers, phoning radio stations etc to warn people of this shoddy service.

out of curisity did when did you DVD's arrive back? i used moviestar.ie's free trial and they charged me because the games weren't back in time

cancelling screenclick myself anyway , for the same cost i just got sky movies instead of waiting on the stupid postman
