Now, maybe this is kosher ... but it struck me as a bit strange.

I've been bidding on a three items from the same seller, comic collections on dvd, I won one, and lost the other two. However, within 5 minutes of losing the other two auctions I received a second chance to buy both items. The bidding history is private on each one.

Maybe I'm being a bit suspicious, but is struck me as odd, that both the highest bidders of both the other items would pull out so quickly after each other.

The seller might have identical items. As they are private IDs, did the winning bidder push your price up to your maximum? The easiest way around the possibility of shill bidding is to snipe the auction.

I assumed the OP knew they were copies
Please note, all collections are DIGITAL, meant to be viewed on PC or Mac, and shipped on DVD only!

This means you will NEED a DVD-R drive on your PC or Mac to read the disc. All necessary software and install instructions are supplied.
