You and the 5-10 other sickos who buy that horrible crap (and are magically keeping them in business) should rally together and demand that they change :p

Why don't you buy proper salami/peperoni? Whats the difference? I tried them more than 10 years ago when I was a wee chap and they were so sh|it I nearly cried because of the sh|tyness

    Ya bunch of women.

Bet none of ya like marmite either.

Go back to your bacon and cabbage, your bland feckers.

They're nice the odd time...they follow the golden 'the nicer it is, the worse it is for you' rule.
They're also 108% pork according to the wrapper. Figure that one out ;)

Starts out with more pork because it'll dry when its been made/processed. There are a few other products that sort of thing is on, mainly meat though, sometimes jams....

I was slicing up some Salami to eat at the weekend and I actually wondered what the hell had happened to good 'ol pepperamis.

What a great snack they were/are.

Looks like I'll have to find a local supplier again so.

but surely its not right to call something 108%. It was on Watchdog, so it must be bad for us!

Well 108% of what? If there's 108% of meat per 100g, that means there was (at least, depending on other ingredients) 108g of peperami when they started and 100g when they finished and it was dry.

A meat product sold by a company that's best known for manafacturing washing powder and petroleum jelly.
    Yum.

Brilliant ads though. Love that one for the red hot one, where he's coming down the street on arms and a stump shouting something about "finishing him off" :D

Also whilst looking for that ad on youtube, I found this one; hilario.

Dunnes cornelscourt always had them in the crisps section, but they've been missing for about a month. I wonder whats been removed from them, now that there's more pork :)

Don't think Ive ever tried them, but remember being more scared of them than anything else in my childhood, with the possible exception of Ewoks : Battle of Endor.
