Go for it lads! paddy one of the top thai instructors in Ireland!

If it were not for Paddy getting me started in Muay Thai, I would not be living out in Thailand now, chasing skirt...eerrrr I mean training in Muay Thai camps! which is a dream come through...both parts! Ahem!!! ;-)

BJJ Fighter...13 is perfect age to start... I started Kickboxing when I was 12, and I was only one of about 4 kids in a class of 20 adult men. and believe it or not... we sparred with the men just the same, and it was tough, and no sympathy either. your a great height to hit a man, a full blast right cross right, in the liver area... watch em drop! LOL! Get out there lad and get started now!

Paddy, have you been reading Jay Abraham marketing books over xmas?????
