C_FSB_A1 - that's Food Science Building, Block A, Level 1.
The Food Science building is the one across the walkway/road from the Kane (Science) building. Head through the Kane building, across the walkway or road, down to the ground floor (you're now in Block E, FSB), head out the door moving east (away from the Kane building, walk along the building ~100 metres, enter the building through the big glass doors, A1 is on your right.

It wouldn't be a problem but the class is on at 9 in the friggin morning so I would have little time to look for it.
