Cranberry Juice Drink during withdrawal

Try sipping a small amount of cranberry juice regularly during the initial 72 hours after stopping.

My experience is that it greatly suppresses the pangs.

(probably because it is stabilising the dropping blood sugar levels and is very active on the taste buds too thus reducing physical and mental associations)

I find that grapefruit juice works too but it tastes sh1t.

In any event. No coffee. that makes withdrawal worse.

just my opinion. to each their own. if the suggestion helps you then good.
