    Anyone know a shop around cork city where i could get stretching equipment like this http://www.karatedepot.com/tr-st-03.html

    Or can someone tell me a good website that sells them?:confused:
    I ain't ordering from the US because I'd get screwed on tax :mad:

    I don't know anywhere in Cork or any Irish sites but most of the bigger UK ones sell them.
    http://www.black-eagle.co.uk is one, there are loads of others.

    But those yokes are useless anyway, IMHO.

    but mainly do order stuff, saw a leg strecher on this page too..http://www.iol.ie/~needful/train.htm

    have you tried e-bay..you'd be surprised what you can pick up!!! It has worked for me in the past in terms of MA equipment!
