discounted baggage fee on ryanair

I was just booking a flight with Ryanair, and had to pay the full 9 euro per bag checked in. Don't they have discounted prices on this when you book on their web site? They used to have half price on it.

I booked a flight on their website about a month ago and it cost 7.50 per bag checked.

Booked with Aer lingus yesterday Cork to Paris and there's also a section to fill out about checked baggage, its 4 euro each way per bag and 8 euro if you turn up at the airport without paying on the web!. disgrace!
