    I have to do a survey as part of my third year course in TCD. It is a

    Some of the questions aren't open-ended enough, if you don't mind me saying. For instance, if you do recycle, the next question is how much - half a bin load or a full bin load every month. We recycle a lot more than a full bin each month, but there's no option for that. Also, the questions about your local recycling centre should clearly state that it means the household, rather than the individual; for example, the question about whether the distance of the centre from your house affects the method of transport used to get there - I said that it does affect it, but as it's actually my parents who do all the recycling I can't be 100% sure.

    Just some stuff to bear in mind when you're looking at your results.
