How to determine the coefficient of expansion of water at different temps?

    You are given a table with Temp (degrees celsius) and Density. Describe in detail a graphical method that would allow you to use the given data to determine the coefficient.....

    Given: V = Vo(1 + BdeltaT)
    where B is the coefficient of expansion
    and deltaT = T - To
    (Sorry for the symbols!)

    You don't need any data points, just a description of the method.

    Not sure if I should have asked this in the Physics section, but I'd like to see what you would do for this question.
