    I'm trying to replace a CPU cooler on a server and have found the HSF on eBay. However the seller will not ship outside of the US.

    I've looked into mail forwarding but they all require yearly memberships, which I am not prepared to pay for (~€100) for a one time only shipment, that is only worth $29! :(

    Anyone have any links or ideas for mail forwarding companies that don't charge subscriptions/huge fees.

    you must know of some one who has a relative over there, arrange with them to recieve then remail

    I'm afraid not. Not everyone has a friend/relative in the US! :o
