GJP Bonus points gone??

I done the GJP action points bonus for 20,000 action points. I had it half way done when I logged on today to find that they were all gone and now just the ordinary action points. I wasn't far away from completing it either as I was clearing about 1000/hr, but the thing was I dont play the much poker. Maybe only 5-6 hrs a week if that with none some weeks, just casual really!!
Is it shortstack that has something to do with GJP? If so can you help me out and reinstate my bonus again please?

I remember when I first started playing poker online on PPP i was trying to clear some bonus or other. I came home one day and found that I no longer had my bonus points. It turned out out that the bonus had expired.

Yep,

Mine expired too yesterday so id say thats what it was. Dont think there alot you can do about it as youve only 30 days or so to clear it which is fair enough. If only i wasnt so greedy and went for the $500 i might have cleared it. I think id 18,000 left to clear when i ran out of time:(

I'll take this opportunity to name and shame bowmans poker. Pack of thieves. I was over half way to clearing a $150 bonus when they moved from tribeca to the bet365 network. They said the points I had accrued are converted to the bet365 points and are now worth $5.

I pinged a manager said I should have X points left out of Y total to clear.
He said hang on, I made a cup of tea and when I refreshed cashier it was as it should be.

So boil the kettle obviously.

I've spent over an hour talking to managers and have sent maybe 4 emails to them.

Did you watch the kettle boil or did you press refresh on the cashier page a million times?

Actually its a bit unclear as to when the bonuses expire. BSQ bonuses run from the 8th till the 8th or so - if you sign up on the 30th youll only have a week to clear it while the GJP website only states 30 days to clear.

I contacted the manager chat and they said that there was a problem with the bonus points today and that it will be fixed by tomorrow. See image attached

Bohsman? Eh? I'll look into that and if its true I'll adjust the website. I would have thought we'd have had loads of complaints about it by now though...

From BSQ - These bonus offers are available to join until the 30th January 2007 and playing conditions must be met by February 10th, 2007. Bonuses not fulfilled by this date will be voided. Players participating in this offer will be unable to register for a monthly bonus until 10th Febraury 2007.

GJP - All you need to do is click the chip promotions button in the cashier and enter one of the following bonus codes. There is a code to suit all levels of play, you have 30 days to accumulate the action points required to release the bonus into your account.

Bohsman, Mike has/had sorted it with BSQ that our players have 30 days and anyone's bonus that was cut short should mail Mike and they will be credited the AP. Only a handful of people were affected bu apologies for that. Someone set a timeout date of Jan 1st apparently so it was an unusual glitch in the system. Apologies to anyone affected.
