I really really want to mangle the person who not only allows her to be written, but to be resurrected on a regular basis. Die wench die.

All she does is moan and complain and follow prof x around like a bloody lapdog.

(Hehehe....and here I was thinking I didn't much like Ultimate Jean Grey. There again, I don't much like any of the Ultimate Xmen. But there you go.)

If you want to see Jean act like Jean read Onslaught, not the best marvel crossover but certainly one that shows she's not Xavier's lapdog. Personally she's my favourite X-man (along with Iceman and Cannonball, they make such a lovely couple) but yes in recent years certain writers who don't fully understand the character have written her badly.

There are to many X-Men titles at the moment and its hard for them to get good writers to keep up with them, the quality is slipping, at least Cable and Deadpool is ok and Deadpool makes me laugh.

and clone her as bad jean grey knock off no1 madelyne pryor or let her reproduce so we get bad jean grey knock off no2 Rachel summers. I mean the orginal is bad enough!

plus in the old cartoon she'd lift a feather with her "powers" and then faint from the effort.

Jean Gray is an AMAZING character if youve read grant morrisons new xmen and you think jean grey is crap your dead inside ,dead!!! The last book ''here comes tomorow'' is my favorite of all time with some of the best lines of all time ''that aint the sun - make your peace with god people ''. wolverine and jeans relationship is one of the best in any medium ever .
Also DeadPool rocks chimichanga chimichanga .

Hehe I hadn't seen that, I love it! Best X-men cartoon I've seen in years. But seriously Jean doesn't have it so bad, at least they killed her and didn't completely **** her over by giving her white hair, a blue face and a powers downgrade like poor ol' Gambit!
