Jabs & Visas - China / Hong Kong

    Am heading to China early March on business trip - does anyone know how long it takes to get relevant visas ?

    Alos do you need any jabs for these areas ? Shanghai/Beijing/ Hong Kong ?

    went last year shanghai -hong kong-aus
    chinese visa takes bout 2 weeks -but you can get it done in a day for extra
    remember chinese new year conimg up so check the opening times of the embassy in dub
    also if you going back into china from hk ul need a multiple entry visa
    as far as i remember dont need a visa for hk if staying less than 90 days(check else where):confused:
    as for jabs i got the lot as i was going on to south america so dont know

    No visa is needed for Hong Kong, but a visa is needed for China.

    If you are going on a business trip will you end up in some remote farming villages or out of the big cities? Consult your doctor or the shots needed? I was only staying in HK for a few days and never leaving the city, didn't get any shots but checked with my doc first.
