    There are two really obvious signs that this is a photoshop! The '1' is off line to the following '20' and 4.8gig free is off scale with the bar diagram thing. The bar seems to think the 4.8 is about 75% of the full 120. I did the maths...its not!

    Yeah judging by the bar, its clearly a 20gig drive with 4.8 free. That would put the bar in about the position its at now

    yes you can rename the HDD. Just press Y for device options and rename on the screen you have posted.
