Free Music Player for the Wii Browser

Hey Guys,
Stumbled across this free music player for the Wii. It works pretty well!!
Its called 'Wii Finetune player beta'.

It allows you to select music stations under different genres, or search for an artist and listen to a station inspired by that artist. You can also register with finetune and create a playist of your choice.

It has a really nice GUI with album covers of the bands and it works pretty well, a little buggy at times but thats understandable for a beta release.

Fingers crossed we'll see a final release soon, which will remain free!!!!:p

Pretty cool but needs better and more songs =p

How do you go back an album when your going through them?
Did that make sense..

Afaik all sites part of the music genome project (Pandora.com, musicovery.com, lastfm.com etc) do not allow you to skip back and play songs again. Part of their radio licensing I think.

I don't think its anything to do with licensing coz if you access the link from you pc browser and press the <- arrow it lets you go back. Doesnt work on the Wii though which is a Pity.

Jonakin, I think it actually has alot of songs. Very few artists that i have searched for have not come up.

www.finetune.com has all the artist that can be played i believe.

I keep getting profile not found when i try to make my own play list. it's highly good though

I thought this was good at first glance.
Then it just got a bit crap as time went on.The play lists I create in my account don't appear when I log in using the Wii, and I would hardly call it logging in, on the Wii I have never even once had to use my password.....so what's the point?
Anyone could just type in a random user name and use that account.
And there isn't that many songs I listen to in the collection.
This could easily be made better but I think at the moment it's not great.

Hopefully it will improve in time. Its only a beta at the moment so fingers crossed. I kinda like it though!!:)
