Which is the better processor

I am thinking of buying a laptop. Which of these is the better processor. AMD Sempron 3400+ 1.8GHz processor or Intel Celeron-M 420 - 1.6GHz. Does any know do they run hot?:confused: Just need latop for internet, office applications and watching movies nothing very heavy. Also could i run vista with these processors
