Ok have lost the HH somehow but these are the basics

Game $0.10/$0.25
Hero and villian both at approx $20
Playing LAG for a while raising button and cutoff continuosly with almost any two cards and wake up with AA on the CO. Raise to $1 which is my raise no matter what. There was a limper UTG. SB folds BB(Villian) callls UTG calls. BB has been pretty TP but must be getting pissed off at my constant raising his blinds.
Flop AJK. 2 spades. Pot $2.35
BB checks
Hero bets $1.50(standard continuation bet in such a situation)
Villian calls $1.50 UTG folds - pot $5.35
Turn - nothing card - 3 clubs i think
Villian checks
hero bets $3.50
Villian calls $3.50 and raises $3.50 *ALARM BELLS!!*
Hero calls $3.50
Pot $19.35
River - 7 diamonds
Villian moves all-in for $10 approx

Your going to see TP,2 pair and lower set here alot more than your going to see Q10 so looks like you got very unlucky. Cant see how you could play this any different that your not losing to Q10, you have to call.

Yep he showed me Q 10.
I didn't feel too bad about it as I think he played it well enough and it was just one of those cases where the second nuts was the worst possible hand to be holding. My heart sank when he min-raised the turn though. I thought about the shove here as Valor suggested figuring at least I'd have 10 outs and I'd be calling if he shoved on the river anyway.
I think I was hoping he would check the river to me to induce a bluff if I hadn't much of a hand. But he correctly moved all-in and I couldn't possibly lay it down.

I've made worse calls though lol
