The flu every month..

In the past 6-7 months, I've had flu like symptoms (aches and pains, cold, tired, etc..) every 3 or 4 weeks, without fail. I went to my doctor last month, was meant to go back for blood tests but haven't had the chance yet. Will go in the new year. It's new years eve now and I'm in bed with aches and pains again. I'm active and take vitamin C everyday. I eat as good as the next guy.

My American buddy said I might have something called mono. She said she had it and it came back twice over the space of 3 months. I'm not sure if this is it as I've been sick so many times in a row.

It's getting annoying at this point. I'm wondering if anyone has had similar experiences? :(

Sounds like you need a trip to your GP for the results of those tests! It is not possible to diagnose what you have online or advise you.
