    The site looks legit........................small problem though. I checked out this harddrive on my downstairs pc yesterday

    and the price was 134 euros, but today i checked out the same link on my laptop upstairs and the same HD was about 148 euros. The same thing is happening right now, with it 134 euros downstairs and 148 upstairs. The same story with a skystar HD sat card, its about 105 downstairs and 114 upstair.

    must be cookies, dont see an option to delete them with internet explorer 7, installed firefox and HD is 148.

    The price in the checkout stays at 134 though in the checkout, but it says shipping cost when paying by paypal is 10.99 no matter how many HD's i have in my basket. They must mean a 10.99 fee for using paypal, but still dont let you total cost without confirming order.


    Dont know what this is meant to mean, but when i open the link ie7 with the cheaper price, it says Versand - Preis over the price, but if i open the same the thing with firefox it says K&M Preis over the price.

    Im not sure whats happening there. Try deleting temp internet files. Thats a great price though!

    Bear in mind I had a Spinpoint and loved it (very quiet), but it failed after 2 months. Consider Seagate. Ive had good experience with them.

    Most likely it has to do with the VAT increase in Germany comming into effect today - it went up from I think 16 (correct me if I'm wrong) to 19 !!!

    thanks, that explains it, there pulling the piss tbh though, there seems to be hardly any change in the other german sites like hardwareversand, while the HD i wanted on the mentioned store went up 10%! , they wont be getting my euros anyways.
