Sky Anytime on mobile...SE K800i & O2

Has anyone got sky anytime (set up recording on sky+ via mobile) to work? Using SE k800i on O2...Have registered, downloaded app on phone but get "the data connection has failed, please check the network connection". Ta. PS Tried Mobiles & PDA section with no response

Do you use GMail? If so, as a test you can download the GMail app for your mobile and see if this works. If not, then there could be a problem with your data connection settings on the phone.

I have a K800i and the GMail app can access the web fine.
