    I just finished watching hellsing there recently and I was just wondering in the final episode when incognito gets killed and you see alucuards face split down the middle who is that supposed to be on the right side of his face.

    I believe that was Vlad The Impaler, the real life Romanian nutjob whom Bram Stoker originally based the story of Dracula on.

    It's not confirmed(anime or manga) but ALucard is hinted to be Dragula(turn the name around) who was originally Vlad the impaler.
